Getting Healthy!
Is it bad that I almost forgot to write this post? Oops.
At the moment, I am chatting with some of the Joyce Ivy Foundation recipients that are going to Stanford, too {like me}. While I am doing that, I am also having a sing-a-long with Jaheim, Iggy Azalea, Kristen Kelly, and soon-to-be Chris Young. Oh! And my mum is barbecuing, so I'm also being the amazing taste tester that I naturally am. {Don't be jealous, y'all.}
...that I am getting super excited for my trip to California in three weeks! It's getting crazy close. The more I talk to some of the other people attending Stanford, the more I want to pack my bags right now and hop on my flight. Insane, right?
...that I just bought a boat load of workout pants/shorts from Walmart that I adore {and make my butt look good}. I needed them so that I can get my butt back into the gym, plus for my Zumba and Yoga classes at Stanford.
...that I also have two new wedges {well, one is a semi-wedge}, and I have a pair of flats coming my way. Yay!
...that I also just bought the cutest dress. I finally have a black, maxi dress, y'all! I am impeccable giddy at the moment. Haha.
...that I want some Birkenstock, or something similar. I have been hunting for a cheaper version to buy so that I can see if I like them, but I have had no luck. At Payless, I found a very similar pair and one more, but they were either not in my size or not in a color that I want. They do not have black, but I could deal with brown. Le sigh. I am frustrated because I desperately want some.

I have nothing to report health-wise. Sucks, I know. The point of this post is to share my health ventures, yet I have absolutely zilch to tell. What? That makes no friggin' sense. This upcoming week, I am going to most def get back into the gym and start watching what I eat a lot more. I am also going to start partaking in Meatless Monday and starting today {oops, I forgot} try to do the #1000in30 Challenge, hosted by the lovely Erin from Living In Yellow. I, sadly, did not finish the #1800MinuteChallenge. I got up to around 950 something, but yeah...that's it. Let's see how far I get in this one. {Think positive thoughts.}
