#Hashtags & Comida Saludable

You guys....I'm sick. Well, I wouldn't officially say that I am "sick, sick," but I am sick. Okay, I doubt that just made sense, but just roll with it.  I just have a sore throat and am sporadically coughing. Not a big deal, right? I hope not because I am not looking forward to being holed up in my bed during the days that I have off (the juniors are taking the MME which consists of the ACT, WorkKeys, and some other test, so all other grades have Tuesday and Wednesday off and a half-day on Thursday--not like I'm going anyways then).

The only thing that I have been doing since Friday (when I got sick) is watching New Girl on Netflix (huahhhh!) and stuffing my face with Taco Bell, chicken noodle soup, DOTS (the candy), and ramen noodles occasionally. I kind of tweet too many New Girl quotes on Twitter if you are interested in checking out my #toomanyhashtags....#hastag. Harhar. It's my Twitter; I do what I want to.

Aside from that, I have been jamming out to tunes by Jerrod Niemann [I used to always misspell his last name, oops. I wrote Neimann. Common mistake, right?] and downloading music to my new phone (that I loooove). I also just bought these two new cases, which are on their way to my house sometime this week. I am so siked to get them!

Now, onto the good stuff! I really am slacking off on exercising and eating healthy food, which sucks, if we are going to put it in a nutshell. I feel bad, y'all. Like really, really bad. But I guess I cannot moan and groan about being a healthier me unless I decided to get my ass out there and change it. So, once again this week, my goal is to do Zumba at least three times this week (since I am off Tuesday-Thursday) and go to the gym once. I have been thinking about adding variety to my workouts to keep myself from getting bored so easily.  Although the gym and I = bad combo, I am going to try and work in 45 minutes of cardio at the very least each week there, and maybe get back to trying to tone up my arms? Let's start slow, I guess.

As for my food, I already know that I am going to be eating some Xochi's on Tuesday and maybe some Golden Corral tomorrow. Moreover, just because I am going to two places that are freakishly tasty does not mean that I have to eat horribly. At Golden Corral, I can usually only eat two plates (at the max!), but at Xochi's....eh. I kind of eat and lick my entire plate (just kidding! I don't lick it...). For the remainder of the week, I am going to try and eat some broiled talapia and string beans more, as well as more veggies. Yay for green!
