Faith In Myself

Hey, y'all!  I only have a little while to up, write, and finish this post because I am trying to squeeze in a workout by 8:00 and finish some homework as well (such a procrastinator, eh?). Anywhoooo, how has your weekend been? I know that mines have been quite nice because my school was out on Friday due to excessive windchill (it felt like -20), and the sun has been appearing a bit (excluding yesterday), warming up my skin, which is something that I really miss. Oh, Summer, please do hurry.

I kind of forget what my healthy promise for last week was...oh well.  But I can say that I have been eating smaller portions and workout for at least 30 minutes per day (except for Thursday and Saturday). I feel really good about myself after every workout. Working out is hard, but the hard work pays off. Besides, Zumba is really fun, so there is no need for me to complain about shaking my bum to music for thirty minutes. ;) Harhar.


This week, I am thinking that I want to try and squeeze in a thirty minutes (or more) workout everyday. I've already done five out of seven days, so who's up for seven out of seven? I sure am! Haha. What are your short or long-term health goals?
