Never Apologize for being YOU
Summer Love. It's Monday once again, you guys, and that means the beginning for a new week (obv). Yesterday was really amazing because a. I got the same pair of boots that my gran threw away (by accident) a year ago (yay!), and b. I finally have some leopard print ballet flats (score!). Hopefully today will be a great day as well (for both me and you). This week I will try to do as much as I can because school is starting next week (oh no), but hey, it isn't here yet, so let's not talk about that. Have a great day, y'all! Smile, listen to some tunes, catch up on the VMA's from last night (oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, Justin Timberlake and NSYNC. Yessssss.), and eat some donuts (because donuts makes everybody happy).
Adam Lambert is pretty much my favorite (if not second) solo male artist. He is very talented, and good looking (why-oh-why does he have to be gay?). So, I decided to share with you all this quote that I found by him that I inspiring and that I think everybody should try to live by. Honestly, don't put yourself down, or feel bad because you are who you are, or because you like what you like. Be happy, be proud, and show off who the hell you are because you are awesome. These are words of wisdom. And the song, well, yeah, I just had to choose it because all of J.T.'s songs are stuck in my head ever since his freakishlyawesome performance last night (flashbacks, y'all - and NSYNC, oh lawd). Find the tune here.
Feel free to link-up with me for the every Monday #Quotunes. This link-up is to inspire and get people's weeks started. Grab a button below (if you wish) or create one, and share your link below.

Song Choice: "Trespassing" by Adam Lambert. Just listen to it below, and I'll guarantee that you will love it. It's catchy, fun, and very dance-able (haha, is that a word? yup, it is now).

I totally agree. I am the kind of person who likes what I like regardless of what other people have to say about it. It takes too much effort to try and be someone you are not, and that doesn't make you happy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for liking my posts on Paris via Bloglovin :)
Exactly! I'd prefer to live my life happy (doing what I like), rather than living my life according to how the world thinks I should live. I'd never be happy then. And you're welcome! I appreciate your comments. :)
