It's a Deal Breaker
I kid, I kid. I am a very nice person, but you may not see that when we first meet because I am more introverted around people that I don't know. But once you get me to open up, I'm all kinds of crazy and you may, just may, end up wanting to run the other way. {I won't let you though, so be careful about associating with me! ;} Haha. Before I open up all of the way though, I tend to judge (uh-oh, that's not good) people by certain things they do/say to know if I really want to become friends with them. (Maybe judge wasn't a good word? Think of it more as evaluating them. Observing if you must.) The only reason that I do this is because I refuse to end up hating being around a new "friend". Think of it like this: would you date someone before you got to know if you could deal with them? No. Well, I don't want to befriend somebody before knowing if I can deal with them.
Deal Breakers-
1. Close-minded. I appreciate any and all opinions {honestly, I do}, but once somebody begins to act as if their opinion is the only opinion...yeah, no. Deal breaker, bish.
2. Judgemental arses. The way that I look at life, I feel like nobody has the right to judge anyone. Life would be much, much easier if everybody would mind their own P's and Q's and stop making up their own thoughts of how somebody is. I do not mean to bring what is posted all over the internet to this post, but my darn, it's true -that gal that was called fat has an eating disorder, the guy that cuts suffers from abuse, and nobody is who you think. So if someone make a stupid joke about something (anything) relating to somebody's life, their looks...etc, then yep, I can't be around them. Deal breaker, bish.
3. Say that I "listen to devil music." This one really pisses me off. I am just as much of a Christian as someone who swears by Gospel music. The only difference is that I prefer rock and heavy metal (and many others, but this one refers to those genres in particular) over Gospel. And, oh-hey-ho - they have CHRISTIAN rock and CHRISTIAN heavy metal. Yes, I listen to those. But, just because the music genre that I prefer is different gives nobody the right to claim that it is by the devil. Sure, I enjoy screamo as well, but gosh, call the eff down. Deal breaker, bish.
4. Can't take jokes. I am a silly person. If you cannot get my crude humor, then yep...deal breaker, bish.
5. Gets mad whenever I say what I have to say. I never sugarcoat things. I feel as if everybody needs to know the truth, otherwise they will make a fool of themselves, or get hurt. Besides, lying (or hiding the truth) always leads to another lie, and (unless they're like me ;) I kid I kid) nobody can lie over and over and over without making a slip up somewhere. So expect pure bluntness from me. If someone can't handle that, they move the eff on! Deal breaker, bish.
6. Can't hold up a conversation. Sorry, I'm not sorry that I am a very talkative person. So, this one pretty much makes a lot of sense. If I am the only one holding the conversation with one or two worded responses in return, I refuse. Deal breaker, bish.
Song Choice: 'What You Need' by The Weeknd. I love love love this tune! When I first heard about The Weeknd, I assumed is it was the band that people were referring to, but it was actually this super amazing guy. What really made me get into his music was when he was featured on Wiz Kahlifa's song 'Remember You'. Well, let's just say that I began listening to great music by this guy from them on out! Hear it below and fall, fall, fall in lugh.
