The Shelf

By 4:02 AM ,

If you have a slight obsession (or not) with Pinterest or eBay or some other amazing online store, then I have a proposition for you. Well, it is not really a proposition because this is only really a one sided deal (yes, I know, I'm that nice). This "deal" has to do with you falling in love with a one-year old site, The Shelf. It is a gal's best dream come true. Well, it is for me. This site does everything - it keeps up with the latest items that you really like (based on you saving it), and you get to personalize when you want them to update you about it, based on the size you wear (if it is not a bag or makeup) and the max price you want to spend. I'd say that they are pretty much a personal shopper. They watch out for everything that you have your eye on, without you needing to constantly hawk-eye the item yourself. Yeah, I know, it's a tiring job. (whew!)

In addition to the features of the site that I listed above, another is that you can receive promo codes from the promo dash (you can also filter the stores that you want!). Plus, the layout for the dash is pretty much like Pinterest. You get to scan the hottest trends and what other people want their "personal shopper" to keep an eye out for. Feel free to even shelf those items, as well, with your own details for the item (i.e. price, size).

Another way to shelf is (in reference to you loving online stores) by surfing through those online sites you visit daily, choosing an item that you want to shelf, select the size you wear in it, and pressing the "shelf-it" button that you can put on your bookmark bar. It really helps (I have it, and am using it, too). It is just an easier way to shelf it.

And note that I am not receiving anything from writing this post. This post is entirely based on my own doing, and the want to share a site that I recently came upon with you all. Oh, you may also sign up as a brand, blogger (as I am), or a regular shopper. Either way, you can get the full experience of the site. If you want to check my shelf out, here it is. Enjoy!

This is an example of one of my shelve. The items are from the store Asos. Those prices on there are also the max amount that I am willing to spend for the item. Some I have not changed because the regular price was fine, but others I have.

Song Choice: 'You Can Finally Meet My Mom' by Train. This song is number six off of their 2012 album, California 37. I personally love the entire album, but the main two singles are 'Drive By' and '50 Ways To Say Goodbye.' If you love those songs, give the entire work a listen; I guarantee that you'll be in love. Or maybe in lust. Whatever. Train is just an old-time band that can be listened to whenever and wherever. They're just that amazing.
