I wonder what age do young adults eventually get tired of acting like immature teenagers. Yes, I did just admit that us teenagers are, in fact, immature. At times. (As are some adults, so I don't really know why I am singling out us younger folks.) This inquisitiveness is coming forefront in my mind because Homecoming is quickly coming up (and that's all I can think of, duh!). Quintessentially, Homecoming is known [for some people] to be the place to drink and hook up, while others think of the uber popular dance - twerking. Although I know the former two actually goes with age more than it does with adolescence, the latter is a shadowy concept. Of course, if you go to a typical teenage party, you will find teens upon teens grinding, making out, and doing things that are borderline inappropriate for the dance-floor, but apparently that happens in college too. (It's not like that is a lost notion upon me. It's simply me questioning when the prematureness of nearly having "sex on the dance floor" ends.)
Although I am a teenager myself, I personally do not enjoy going out and being decidedly inappropriate in front of tons of people. Simply having fun with friends and even dancing with others is not a big deal. (C'mon, y'all! I am still a party girl at heart!) It's when others nearby become inanely uncomfortable and no longer want to be around you [and your dance partner] that I feel the inappropriateness needs to end. Like, guys, what happened to the saying, "Go get a room?" Seriously. That needs to make a comeback.
Regardless to the conundrum, I want to talk about Homecoming itself (not the nasty teens). It's one of my favorite events to attend throughout the school year. I enjoy seeing all of the gorgeous outfits that girls come in as well as the impressive ways that guys clean up. The party itself is also great! The DJ that my school hires always knows the most popular tunes to play, which makes the party that much better. (P.S. Our school usually hires DJ GoodB.O.I., so look him up if you're in or around Detroit.) If you are still in high school (or even college), what are your favorite parts about parties? Is it the outfits? The music? Or are you interested in the nastiness going on on the dance floor?
When the month of May came around this year, I attempted to start reading a book a month. I was missing the feel of hardcover books in my hand (versus the Kindle version). Reading the words on the pages that someone put together to make up a good 'ole novel has always been one of my favorite pastimes. It allows me to take a step back from reality and get lost in someone else's - fiction or nonfiction. The first two books that I read were The Devil Wears Prada and The Fault In Our Stars. Over the span of July, August, and September, I have also read Clash! 8 Cultural Conflicts That Makes Us Who We Are, Ella Minnow Pea,and 50 Shades of Grey. I have not wrote a discussion on the blog for those books yet because (1) the former two were for my Sociology and AP English & Composition classes, and (2) I just finished 50 Shades this past weekend. {I am still on the fence about whether I want to write a discussion on that book on this blog. Haha. #awkward} Anyway, the whole "book a month" ordeal ended after only two months. {Actually, I just thought about it. I have read three books over the span of three months - July through September -, so I actually have succeeded with reading a book per month! Oh wow. How did I just realize this?}
(If you want to see the original list of books that I wanted to read during 2014.) Sadly, I only read one of the suggestions off of that list! I'm not really complaining, though because I enjoyed the books tha I read in replacement of them. Besides, I can just push some of the books on the original into next year.
Fifty Shades Darker: Book Two of the Fifty Shades Trilogy by E. L. James
Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) by Mindy Kaling
#GirlBoss by Sophia Amoruso
My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
Divergent by Veronica Roth {This movie is the life of me! I dig Four so much!}
I am going to give myself enough room to make any adjustments to what I read if necessary. Hopefully I can finish these four books by the new year. I desperately want to read Divergent. That is my utmost priority! The second book that I would like to read is Mindy Kaling's book -- I've only been interested in it ever since I began watching her on The Mindy Project (so hilarious)! For #GirlBoss, everyone in the blogosphere has been talking about it, which (of course) has piqued my interest.
I am most certain that autumn is here. It is undeniably so. For one, the weather has gotten so cold that it's time to break out all of the sweaters and boots. Two, I am sick. (Boo!) It seems that it's become an annual thing for me to get sick at the start of the season. Yeah; I agree that it sucks. BUT, it gives me the perfect excuse to break out my scarves, jackets, and all other fall clothing before I honestly need it. I tell myself that they will "help me combat my sore throat."
Sweaters/Jackets
I wear sweaters like they a part of my body. They are particularly comfy and multifarious (especially if it's of the oversized variety). Think sweaters with shorts and tights, sweaters over skirts or dresses, sweaters over leggings, sweaters and jeans - the possibilities are endless! I also enjoy deeper reds/wine, mustard, dark green, black, and navy shades during the fall, which is really easy to find in-stores around this time!
I love to wear dresses throughout the year. In the spring and summer, I even bare legs! In the fall and winter, er, not so much. That's the time to start decorating my legs with colorful and designed tights. What do I do to keep my upper body warm though, you ask? I turn to sweater dresses. (When I used to think of these, I thought of the ones my mum had me wear when I was younger. Blech.) The current ones are modish and warm.
Scarves can make or break any outfit. Seriously. They are one of the most influential accessories to an outfit during the cooler weather (or hotter, if you're daring!). During the fall, I enjoy wear floral and dark shades in all aspects of my outfit, but most importantly, in my scarves! That makes them multifarious as well (just like sweaters) and a great addition to your closet (or drawer, as that's where most of mine are stuffed. Oops?).
This post over at Hello Neverland is what revitalized my passion for writing again. Say hello to the newest member of 750 Words and 280daily! I'll be writing 1,030 words every day (not including my time at school) by choice. That's insane, right? It's also pretty impressive if I have to say. I mean, writing takes time and dedication. However, if it's something that you're really passionate about, then it should not be as tragic as being forced to write a 4,000 word essay in high school on a completely irrelevant topic that your English and Literature teacher randomly decided to assign. (I think we've all been there at least once in our life.) Writing that many words daily will also help me work on my grammar, sentence structure, voice, and comprehensive thoughts. (I tend to space out and lose my focus whenever I write longer pieces, which is not good.)
My first piece on 750 Words was on the subject of writing. (It's funny how a lot of writers enjoy writing about writing.) I wrote about how my fear of sounding stupid and unclear has been a deterrent to writing. When I really want to write, I can formulate a stellar piece. It is times when I do not feel like thinking too hard about anything (including writing) but would still like to write that my fear becomes front and center. It's not like I type ridiculously without any punctuation or with incorrect grammar (because, hello, I'm a Grammar Nazi!). It's simply that I aim to be a perfectionist [all of the time] with my writing. Although upon more thought, that seems to be a silly and unfeasible idea. 1// I am still learning. 2// Nobody is perfect at anything. 3// I deserve a break. I do not have to be amazing at writing (or anything, in reality) all of the time.
After writing that post, I feel a lot better. I feel more comfortable with simply writing just to write. Sometimes writing nonsense can be a stress-reliever. It can be freeing. Most of the time people do not even catch the mistakes that I notice about my own writing. (Some people actually have lives and do not care to spend theirs on pinpointing tiny blunders.) This situation is comparable to the times that people think others are judging them, when in reality, others are not the least bit concerned with what they are doing. What we can point out about ourselves, most of the times others don't care.
All in all, I am saying that while I do [and will continue to] strive to be an exceptional writer, I am going to allow myself breaks where I can write as much or as little as I please without the pressure to be grammatically correct or have the perfect sentence structure or even make sense. Because we all deserve a chance to be incomprehensible, y'know.
What will it take for me to start loving my appearance and my body?
That is the question that has been floating around in my head lately. It has been there for quite awhile, actually. It's been unanswered. Today is the day that I have finally decided to stop the negativity that has been beating down on me. I'm going to take it and rip that sucker in half. My patience and time are not at their highest points right now, so to keep myself from becoming anxiety-ridden with what I look like, who is judging me, why won't anything fit, etc, I am going to take a deep breath and write my feelings out. After all, writing is the best stress-reliever for me.
Body image has been something that I have always felt decidedly strong about. I have always been overweight as a teenager. It's something that I struggle with on a daily basis. (After all, pizza is my boyfriend.) I can seemingly never concentrate and dedicate myself enough to exercise portion control. I always make excuses about why I cannot work out (at home) or go to the gym. I over indulge sometimes, okay a lot of times "just because." Well, I'm getting tired of it. I'm exhausting my excuses. I'm exhausting all of the the bull that I like to spew. You see...I have this ideology that I won't complain about something that I do not favor if I have the power to change it, yet refuse to do anything about it because I choose to be lazy instead of productive. That ideology is one that I live by, and I usually preach it to others who decide to complain to me about what their laziness is preventing. (In the most obvious way, too!)
Well, I'm using that ideology to finally call B.S. on myself. By doing that, I'm permitting myself the chance to complain if I so much please now. I'm giving myself the chance to friggin' make a change to what I dislike. (If you haven't caught on by now, I am going to do something about my weight issue, which gives me the opportunity to complain if I want to because it doesn't go against my belief that laziness = no complaints. HOWEVER, I am not saying that I am going to complain because if I am, then I'm obviously not doing the necessary steps to reach to my goal.)
Whenever I talk about how I want to lose weight, it seems that there is always somebody that asks me why. Why do I want to lose weight? Why aren't I just happy with how I look now? My response to that is because I'm not. That's the only answer I owe you. (Well, I technically do not owe you anything.) It's not that I intentionally try to think negatively about myself. I do not try to put those thoughts in my head. But since they are there and I know that I really, honestly do need to lose weight, I take those thoughts to heart. I do not take the extreme routes to lose weight of course; if anything, I take the healthy ones: healthy eating, sleeping, and working out. I try to do something, though! I am tired of those negative thoughts. Their pestering is so bothersome. So, I'll pretty much do whatever I need to (in the healthiest way possible) to get those thoughts out of my head. That's just to say that questions concerning my desire to lose weight are ridiculous and not really welcome.
In the long run, I have no clue as to what I am going to do to get my weight under control...yet. I must find something soon! Of course, healthy eating and frequent work-outs are going to become a top priority, but what else can I do to motivate myself to stay on track and not fall off like every other time? Sleeping at least eight hours a night would be beneficial. (Sayonara midnight readings.) Drinking more water to limit the confusion between hunger and thirst would do me plenty of good, too. Once I get this health regime down pact, I promise to report in. God knows how long it'll take though, so don't hold your breath. (Okay, no. Hold me accountable once the new year hits. If I haven't figured out a good pattern by then for regulating my weight and overall health - the facets that I can regulate - then god bless my soul.)
Have you ever experienced self-isteem/body weight problems? If yes, how did you deal with it?
Creating this blog was the best thing that I have ever done. It has allowed me to venture into things that I have never expected to. It has helped me get out of my comfort zone. It has provided me with the opportunity to meet different people that I would not in my day-to-day life. I have also discovered what I am passionate about - what sparks my fire - through the blogosphere, and I have felt an immense sense of comfort and support by other people who are interested in the exact same thing. There are countless tips, how-to's, and discussion posts circulating around the blogworld about [insert topic here] that if I am confused or ready to give up, I can simply turn to one and feel that much more motivated. I mean, how else do I know how to hone my skill at being a Netflix Addict? (That is a thing, right?) Or improve upon my photography skills?
Recently, I have started following a lot of sewing blogs. I have no idea what first sparked my interest. I just randomly stumbled upon a sewing blog, and boom! From there on out, I have been on an avid sewing streak. (I'm talking about blogs, not actually sewing because I...haha, yeah, you can fill in the blank.) Some of my favorite blogs are Bimble and Pimble, Idle Fancy, Hyer Handmade Design (an actual shop, too!), Shona Stitches (classes are available!), and Erica B.'s - D.I.Y. Style! Those blogs are the most memorable to me because of the ladies behind them and the uniqueness and quality of each of their respective blogs. 1 // They write so that I feel as if it is really them talking. I feel as if I were to sit down and have a conversation with them, how they talk is pretty much how they write on their blog. 2 // Elizabeth from Hyer Handmade Design radiates a certain youthfulness that inspires me. Amanda from Bimble and Pimble (I really want to say Pimple - oops?) has this blissful humor about her, and that's really nice to read. Mary from Idle Fancy, well, I don't really know what it is about her blog, but I'm captivated. I feel as if it is her writing style and beautiful pictures that attract me. (I'm almost 99.9% sure that that's it.) Erica from Erica B's - D.I.Y. Style! has amazing style and skill that makes me wish that I was able to copy pretty much all of her outfits. I really like that even as she grows older, Erica refuses to let her style go. (Okay - note that I'm not calling her old! I'm just saying that she's around the same age as my mum and I find that inspiring!) I want to be like her as I continue to age. Shona from (Yep - you guessed it) Shona Stitches attracts me because of the youthfulness she radiates as well. I mean, she just made a unicorn studded top for gawsh sakes! I used to feel as if sewing were for older women, but obviously not!
The point that I have of all of this rambling and gushing over amazing blogs is that I'm intrigued. I've been sucked into the world of sewing, and I want to learn, learn, LEARN. For the past few weeks, I have been contemplating what in the world I am going to do. Am I going to ask my Granny to teach me how to sew? Should I take sewing classes? Should I attempt to be self-sufficient (with Youtube videos) and do it on my own? A lot of questions and little answers. This week, I want to really figure out what I am going to do because I am ready and EVER SO MOTIVATED to get this show on the road. (I have no idea why I just CAPS that. Or why I just did it again...yeah...#awkward) Do y'all people who are into sewing have any tips?
that this is the time of year where I start thinking about Christmas. Am I weird?
I don't know what it is about the end-of-summer (although it does not officially end until the 22nd of September) that makes me ache for the holidays to begin. By "holidays," I am referring to Christmas mainly. I love me some Turkey Day and Halloween (BOO!), but Christmas will forever have my heart. I mean, if you don't believe that I really want Christmas to be here already, you can just ask my family! They have been giving me peculiar looks and shooting question to me about why in the world I am playing Christmas songs right now [yet snacking on Frozen Lemonade Minute Maids]. (And I figured you deserve to know that this actually began the last week in August. #sorrynotsorry)
Oh my GOSH! I just realized that 'Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays' by ISSUES has a part of 'Too Close' by Next in it. #WHAT#BESTILLMYHEART
— Krishaun (@OhanaInVegas) August 29, 2014
Why I was listening to a xmas song this early (I mean, can summer end first?) I have no clue. Umph, oh well.
— Krishaun (@OhanaInVegas) August 29, 2014
I just remembered that their song is a COVER of NSYNC's song....#leduh. No wonder there's some of that in the song. Haha. I still love it!
— Krishaun (@OhanaInVegas) August 29, 2014
Well, I figure that when you cannot stop something (in this case, my emotions), all you can do is embrace it with open arms. SO! I am going to start with my holiday stuff a little bit early. I'm not going to go all out and jump right into the Christmas season. I'll start slow and go for Halloween first. (Y'know, because I know some of y'all can't handle my HOLIDAY SPIRIT!!! xP)
Halloween is in exactly 61 days. 61! Are y'all ready for this!? I'm going to start writing content with costume recommendations, holiday parties to watch out for, diy projects, food and treats, etc. You'll love it. (Update: I'll love it. You may or may not become annoyed. I apologize in advance. #sorrynotsorryokayjustalittlebit)
Tune: Love Me Harder by Ariana Grande & The Weeknd
Prioritizing and keeping myself on track and focused is not my strong point. I tend to get distracted easily by social media, television, and blogs. It's something that I really want to work on this upcoming school year; I want to stay on top of deadlines, keep track of important dates, and never feel as if everything is coming at me at once. I want to feel as if I have my life together.
Obviously, in order for all of this to happen, I need to make some changes in my life and daily schedule. I have started to implement some activities and ways in my life that help me stay organized. What are some of the best ways that you keep your life in order? (Seriously - all tips are welcome! I kind of need 'em. ;)
= Use A Calender =
I do not use a physical calender because they are so easy for me to neglect. I use a calender (Sunrise) that I can integrate my Google, Apple, and other accounts into one, so that all of my events, deadlines, and reminders sync up. The particular calender that I use also allows me to sync across my Windows 8 Laptop, iPad, and LG Optimus phone. (*That's my way of saying that no matter what device you have, you can use Sunrise.) It's extremely convenient. And in the calender, I plan blog posts, important information (for example, flight schedules), and simple, enjoyable things (such as Christmas Break). I like to have a full calender as it makes me feel as if I am organized and know what's happening in my life.
If you are more interested in a desktop calender, then you should download **Rainlendar. It is perfect! I actually used this religiously before I downloaded Sunrise. I still do use it, but not as frequently because it's purely desktop and I prefer one that syncs across all of my electronics. It allows for customization of your calender as well as color coding, icons, and to-do lists!

= Use a To-Do List =
This is a recent addition to my organization schedule. I categorize things into Home, School, and Blog. That helps keep me even more organized as everything is under their respective categories. On those to-do lists, I add quite a bit at once (with their due dates scheduled and any additional notes), so once I see the scratch of completion, I feel so much more accomplished. (Yes! I wasn't such a lazy bum today!)
= Schedule Posts =
If you are a blogger, then you most likely understand how much time and effort it takes to write a blog post. Not multiple blog posts, but just one. Yeah - it's outrageous. But since I love blogging a lot, that is just one thing I have to deal with. However, that does not mean that I cannot try to be efficient and use my time wisely. So, in order to be efficient, I use my spare time (usually sometime during the weekend I have hours to kill) and knock out some posts. That's called being efficient, otherwise known as making good use out of your resources. By scheduling posts for the upcoming week (and sometimes two), I feel more organized and like I have my life on a smooth road to success. A happy blog is a happy me, right? Right? *nudges with an awkward grin*
= Do The Smaller Tasks First =
This goes hand-and-hand with my to-do list. I like to add tinier (therefore easier) tasks to do first. One, I can quickly get them out of the way. Two, once I an finished with them, the scratch of completion motivates me to continue on. If I can get some of the minuscule tasks over and done with, then when it comes time to complete the larger tasks, my list will not make me feel as if I got absolutely nothing done that day. It'll seem like the biggest task is the last one, and I can feel extremely accomplished once I can scratch that off. Perfectamundo!
= Take Mini-Breaks =
Although taking breaks every ten minutes will hardly allow you to get things done, a fifteen minute break every hour and a half is decent. It allows you time to let yourself relax and to not over-think or stress out. I know that once I get into a task or project or assignment, I do not want to quit until I am finished. Sometimes that is fine! Other times, it stresses me out so badly that I end up quitting for the rest of the day. What's the use of that? It does not allow progress to get done, which means I'll be stuck doing it again the next day. No bueno. So, what I do is give myself tiny breaks to grab a snack, send a few text messages, etc. It'll make you a bit more productive - trust me.
= Get Rid of Distractions =
Distractions are the vice of pretty much everyone. They can keep you from doing what is really important. My distractions are social media, my favorite tunes, and television. To keep from being distracted by these things, I (1) tell myself that I can check social media during a break or it'll be my reward when I am finished with whatever task that I am working on at the moment, (2) put on music that does not have any lyrics to it, and (3) keep the friggin' television off! Whatever your distractions are, try to minimize them whenever you are doing tasks! Trust me - it'll help!
Bragging is annoying. I hate when people do it. It bothers me relentlessly whenever I hear it. Bragging is one thing that I can one-hundred percent say that I try my hardest not to do. If I ever do find myself bragging, then I quickly stop myself, apologize to whomever I am speaking to, and try to turn the conversation onto my conversation partner.
There are a few reasons why someone would brag so mercilessly. The most irritating reason that I can think of is because the bragger wants whomever they're bragging to to feel jealous and pretty bad for not having/not being able to do whatever they're boasting about. I see it happen a lot. Sometimes I can tell that the bragger is doing it intentionally; other times I find that they're do it unintentionally. An example of intentional bragging is if someone makes more money than you, and they complain about having to use an allotted amount of money to pay for something like a hair appointment (that they don't have to go to). That, my friend, is intentional bragging. They may not be doing it for the sole reason of making a person feel bad, but they're doing it to get attention at the very least. That is beyond irritating. If you're going to "complain" about it, then don't buy it/pay for it! It's pretty simple. In another instance (for unintentional bragging), say you are in a conversation about electronics, and you are talking about how much you want an iPod. After you're done talking, your conversation partner would say something to the means of, "I have an iPod, iPad, iPhone, and a Mac. They're meh." Whenever I hear something like that, my first reaction is what the heck? What was the purpose of that comment? For one, the statement was first around an iPod, not all of Apple's products. Two, I kind of never asked whether they were "meh," it was purely a statement.
I do not mean to rant and rave about braggers, but lately I have been encountering a lot of bragging that has been getting on my last nerve. My attitude lately has been to appreciate what I have and not necessarily want more. (These braggers are not making me change my mind either.) It's just that twinges of jealousy still course through me sometimes when I hear a bragger go on and on about what they do have, don't want to pay, yada yada. AND I HATE THAT. Those twinges bother me SO much! I try to not roll my eyes. I try to stay polite. Danggit, but braggers bother me, and I am coming to a point where I need to say something or else my head is going to blow off from anger. (Sorry for that mental image.)
Embracing my inner California girl, I threw on a pair of booties and short shorts for a hot day in Michigan. The weather was not too hot for me though (obviously). After all, I did wear a black sweater! (The silk camisole was very airy though, so that balanced my outfit out; plus, I was comfortable in and out of shade all day.)
The booties that I am wearing were purchased from Sears a couple of years ago. This had to be the, say, third time I even really wore them? I have no idea how come I did not put these booties into good play, but I for sure am going to this upcoming fall! I'm probably digging these more because (1) my style continues to grow and change, and (2) I can envision the pieces in my closet that would work well with these booties more so now compared to when I first bought them.
This entire outfit is pretty much how I start to transition into fall-wear. I keep certain things such as shorts and breezy tops in rotation because the weather is still pretty hot. However, sweaters get unpacked. (Although I never officially put them away. Eh.) They're perfect for those balmy, late-summer nights. Another thing that comes into play are booties! They are key to my summer to fall clothes transition. The amount of times that they can be worn is re-dunk-u-lous.
I have no idea how fashion bloggers narrow all of their posts down to, like, three/four photos. It's impossible for me! "Oh my gosh! I don't look stupid in that one; I must post it!" is what I do when reviewing all of the photos that I (or someone else) took [of me]. As a female, you probably understand me, no? No...it's just me, okay. That's cool, too. (Not really; I'm just trying to comfort my hurt ego.)
Does an overload of photos bother y'all? I actually don't mind them because this blog is sort of like my journal. I enjoy seeing good photos of myself (no matter how grainy they may be -- I honestly need a better camera), so I feel as if I am going to continue doing a photo overhaul. But don't worry! I hardly get a ton of good photos of myself, so don't worry about it being too much. (Haha!)
It's true when people say that once you get a tattoo, you will want more. After I got my first one (see it here), I have been aching for another one. I know that I will want to add onto my current thigh tattoo in the future. (Possibly around Xmas time?) I also know that I want more tattoos, such as one that says 'ohana' and an anchor.
As I have been on Pinterest a lot lately, I have started to discover more tattoo inspirations. Below are some of my favorite ideas that I would consider getting a version of.
a) I like this tattoo a lot because of its implication. As more of my loved one's pass, I would add a date to a branch. It would be a symbolic tattoo. Plus, it looks amazing!
b) Shoulder tattoos are really beautiful, in my opinion. They probably hurt a heck of a lot, but the aftermath is pretty much worth it. The below tattoo is so amazing! I feel as if I have a thing for flowers now, haha. My excuse is that they symbolize the blooming of things. They may die, but if you water them and tend to them with a bunch of love, they'll bloom right up again. (Or is that just me making excuses for wanting more flowers? Errr...)
c) I love traveling! It's something that I could see myself doing in the future. (Of course with breaks in between because jet lag is a - word I shan't say.) This tattoo is really simple; I like that. It would be a pretty neat idea to get the places you have traveled to colored in or something. Maybe a dot or some type of recognition for visited places. My goal would be to have the entire map shaded in (or at least close to it) before I die.
d) Flowers! Aha, I told y'all that I am becoming addicted to them. I love the detailing of this tattoo. (Geez; getting the details done is a pain, though, but it's worth it.) The location is pretty neat too. For me, I have difficulty deciding where I want a tattoo. It took me forever to decide on getting my thigh tattooed for my first one. The next time I get one, I am aiming for my shoulder/upper arm. (That's also partially because my mum wants me to get a tattoo somewhere less visible. I suppose that's understandable.)
e) Here's another flower: a dandelion! This tattoo is pretty epic, eh? I could see myself donning this piece of art. The location is pretty neat, too. (I'd either get it there or around my hip if I were to get something like this.)
f) I like semicolons. They remind me that I could have ended a portion of my life (a sentence), but chose not to. It's really inspiring. It's motivating to continue on, even when times get rough. That's how come I like the semi-colon movement. It gives support to those with suicidal thoughts, or those who attempted suicide. "The movement is for anyone who has ever self-harmed, has a personality disorder, or has tried to commit suicide. The semicolon is a sign of hope. Your sentence is not over yet, remember that." The movement also encourages people to support those who have done/has one of the aforementioned problems.
Playlists are perfect. They set the mood for events and moments. They also give you a chance to just listen to the music playing instead of fretting about what you're going to play next (especially during parties). I have playlists for parties (EDM or newest hits), for studying (ESM - Electronic Study Music), for driving (country), for working out (EDM), and for the sleeping (country or EDM). Of course, I have "just-because" playlists too, but I prefer the set ones. Anyway, since yesterday was Labor Day and it was a day full of relaxing, I am going to share a portion of my [very long] "Relax Time" playlist that I listened to. I hope you had a great day either eating BBQ, sleeping, or doing something near a body of water. (I wish I was doing the latter, but a BBQ with my family was just as good!) See y'all tomorrow!
