Happy Sunday: WIWA

Happy Sunday, y'all. The past week has been half busy, half relaxing, and I enjoyed savoring every moment of it all. I did a little bit of everything and am extremely pleased to say that I accomplished quite a bit (read: only a few things). It was pleasing to relax by the pool starting on Friday, and just sleep in yesterday and today.

As another installment of What I Will Accomplish (WIWA), below I've listed what I did check off of my list of things to do this past week as well as additional things that I've completed. What did you get a chance to accomplish this past week?

1. I did no online shopping this week. I am immensely proud of myself. I did receive the rest of what I ordered throughout the week, though, and I will share that in another post.

2. I did not get a chance to go thrift shopping. Hopefully, I will this upcoming week.

3. I did go to Michigan's Adventure with my cousins/aunt/uncle. I had an amazing time! I most definitely need to go on more mini-get-aways throughout this Summer - they are so relaxing.

4. I did visit the animal shelter! Oh my gosh, I want a kitty so darn bad (not later, but NOW). (insert sigh) Anyways, I attended the volunteer orientation and I am going to do my first shift this Monday. I'm just glad to reconnect with the shelter as it's a great place to be and help out.

5. I did read at least two books (more like seven/eight). On Wattpad, there are tons of books and that is where I dedicate myself to finding great books. I also have the Kindle app on my iPad Mini, but it was of no use this week. I just kept updating and catching up on the books on Wattpad.

6. Nope. I did not write anymore to the book that I started. Eh, we've all got priorities, and this one just has not made it to the top of my list.

7. I have not created any beach-themed moodboards. That sucks. But I have been lazy and preoccupied, and have not bothered to even try.

8. I did get angry and sad this week. The anger was due to my (sometimes annoying) parents, and the sadness was due to who knows what!? I swear my moods are crazy.

For this upcoming week, I am challenging myself to accomplish the following:

1. Continue to read more books every day.

2. Go thrift shopping.

3. Go an entire day without electronics - no phone, iPad Mini, nor laptop.

4. Find more music and download it.

5. Do not get angry or sad.

6. Watch movies and Friends reruns all day with tons of junk food.

I did not feel like elaborating on each today, so the basics should be enough. What do you plan on accomplishing this week? Have a fab Sunday. x

Song Choice: 'From Nowhere' by Dan Croll. I recently found this amazing artist and I fell in love with his music! This song is from his 2013 EP, From Nowhere - EP. It is an amazing find. This is a song that I would not mind listening to as I'm falling asleep, on a road trip, relaxing by the pool, or cleaning my home - it's awesome. Give it a hear below!
