Chambray and Those Pants
These pants are the epitome of perfect. I recently purchased them from Debs (along with a spring/summer sweater, a shirt, and some free flip-flops). When I bought them, I continued to try to wear them, but I just never got the pairing right, so I stopped. Yesterday, though - ooooh, yesterday - I saw a photo of a white, sleeveless, button-down shirt tucked inside pants like mine, and a light bulb went off in my head. Ding! Ding!
I paired the same shirt with these pants and loved 'em. But, I wanted to wear this chambray shirt, so I tossed that on instead. But, once again, I changed back as I got some A1 sauce on the sleeve of my shirt {boo!}, and the weather got hotter anyways. It meshed up really nicely, I suppose.
I am also so irritated. My school's final schedule has been posted, and I am in for another two weeks plus one day. Erhm, what? That's because of the annoying snow days that we had this school year, and the fact that my school's power is stupid and continued to go out. {Why must we be penalized for the school's issues?} Our finals begin on June 12th {the day before the original day school should be let out} and ends the following Monday, June 16th. Think about that. The twelfth is a Thursday. The thirteenth is a Friday. WE HAVE AN ENTIRE WEEKEND TO SULK AND WASTE TIME. And finally, our last final is on Monday, the sixteenth. This irritates me because I don't want to come back after the thirteenth. I really don't. Splitting finals up in the way that they are now is stupid. I hate DPS. I hate Renaissance.
The reason that my anger is so immense is because I am technically going to school year-round. Renaissance's official last day of school this year is June 20th. That is the day before I have to fly out to California. I start college courses again on Monday. Erm, where is my week of vacation before I have to start learning again? I had high hopes to have an entire week of relaxation. But noooo, I have to go that Monday. {Yes, I am saying that I can not going to school after that Monday. Screw Renaissance.}
And I'm out.
