When One Site Closes, It Takes Forever to Find a Replacement
Wantworthy--only an amazing clothes-saving website--is officially shutting down tomorrow, October 21, 2013. I'm aware that this is a sad, sad moment because it has saved me time from having to remember the items that I wanted to look at again, or possibly purchase. That site (literally) saved the products, and I could go back and just scroll...and scroll...and scroll. You get my point. Anyways. Wantworthy stopped allowing people to save items onto their site awhile ago (I forget the exact date). However, they are giving all users until tomorrow (the day of shutdown) to export all items he or she has ever saved on the site. You're welcome for such short notice by I. :) (However, if you were an avid user of the site, then you already knew about the shutdown, so if you are just finding out about it by me, then it must not be a bigge because you rarely used it...right?)
Ever since I got that e-mail and that "you cannot save any more items" notification, I have been looking for websites like Wantworthy. I've literally typed "websites like wantworthy" in google. Guess what I got? Bull...poop. That's exactly what I got. I did not find any site that had the feel of wantworthy (non-cluttered and simplistic), nor the ease of use. I wanted Wantworthy to stay! However, after my spoiled-brat stage, I kept my search going on, but eventually gave up when I could not find a site to appease me. SUCKS RIGHT? (I don't know what I just did caps, but I wanted to, so there it is. WHATEVER!) BUTTTTTTT (of the but, not the butt), today I remembered that awhile ago, I signed up for a site almost exactly like Wantworthy. Why I always bookmark then forget things, I have no clue, but I am glad I found this one.
