I Have A Plausible Reason For Hating Concerts.

By 10:00 AM , ,

Have you ever heard of or saw something that was so stupid, that you figured it was not real? Yep, I have had those moments, and I am pretty sure that you have, too. Just nod your head yes. Well, I am having that moment right now. It is not the fact that it is stupid...yet it is stupid. I don't know how to explain this any better, but let me give you the little "backstory" about my frustration.

Last month, I was super geeked about finding out Michael Buble was coming into town (at the Palace of Auburn Hills) in September (this month). He is one of my favorite artists ever, so I did what any teen who is in my predicament would do: I asked my mum to buy me some tickets. Yada-yada-yada, she bought them and I had amazing seats (so what's the problem?). But theeeeen (always a but), we realized what freaking date it was on. September 17th, aka a Tuesday, aka a freaking school night.

This did not really bother me (of course not!). However, it bothered the hell out of my mum.  She said that nobody could take me because they'd all be tired (whatever), it's too far to drive on a school night, and it's a SCHOOL NIGHT. What the fuh. So I had to sell the darn tickets, and I've been miserable ever since whenever somebody brings up Michael Buble (c'mon - his talent is pure amazingness. Gosh, I really wanted to go to his concert). So I now have a slight anger towards the day Tuesday, as well as my stupid school, and (wait for it...) Michael Buble. (gasp) YES! I SAID IT. Who the heck has a freaking concert on a Tuesday night!? (Granted a lot of people, but let me vent.) Just because people who are usually a little older than I like him and are able to go, but c'mon! He has younger fans, too. And oh gee, what younger fan's parent typically lets them go to a concert on a Tuesday night during the school year? Ho ha ha, not many! A Friday night would have been fine. It would have worked out perfectly. Or a Saturday. But nope, it had to be a Friday.

So while I am venting, let me go ahead and get upset at the other artists that I would love to see, but can't because they are coming during the freaking week!

Imagine Dragons. Florida Georgia Line. You Me At Six. The Weeknd. 3OH!3. Attila. Lady Antebellum. John Legend. Paramore. John Mayer.

Although I am quite annoyed that I will not be able to go to any of their concerts, I'm a little glad that some of the people that I would legit crawl into a ball and cry because I couldn't go to their concert has sensible concert dates. Yeheeee! (haha, what) Sleeping With Sirens, Chris Young, and Hunter Hayes. If anybody sees Black Veil Brides, let me know! I'm dying to see them since I could not go to Warped Tour this Summer (although I won VIP tickets).

My little rant is done, so carry on with your day (oh, and if you've made it this far, then woahhh baby, thank you for dealing with my crazy self). :)
