#Quotunes
Although it sounds quite foolish, the name is simply of a new link up (although the name may change in the future). It is a thought that has been running through my head all day, and I figure I might run it by you all. Would you want to participate? I am going to be doing this link up every Monday to start the week off right. Instead of something Friday night (which is a grand idea to get the weekend started), why not do something that can motivate everyone to get their weeks started in a good, fun way?
The rules are simple. Just share a post on your blog (or Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) that has a quote that you find inspiring, funny, or just nice and a tune. You do not to have a blog, per say, but whatever you do link up on, make sure that you link it so that I can see - my twitter is @savaxge (can be found on the sidebar) and my instagram is 'savaxge'. Feel free to also hashtag #quotunes. Anywhere else, just grab the button below (if you want) and link up! It is a great, motivating way to start the week. The tune can be from a shuffled playlist, Pandora, Spotify...just whatever you want to link up. To make it fun (what I'll be doing), I will put a random name/band/song in Pandora and see what the playlist plays (the first song I'll link up). Other days, I will just shuffle my iTunes playlist or select a song that I've been loving for the time being.
Link Up! Grab a button.
Song Choice: '2012' by Chris Brown. Haha, you see that I am on a Christopher streak at the moment. I am listening to his music, that's why. Nevertheless, his tunes totally deserve all of the attention. He is a very talented (and cuteeee) guy that has an amazing voice and tons of talent. From his 2012 album, Fortune, this song ranks #6 on the track list. I highly recommend listening to the entire album, but for a little snapshot (in case you have not heard it already), here is 2012 below. Check it out, loves.
